Arrival at the location of the cooking class in Asti or surroundings.

10:00 | Private themed ‘hands-on’ cooking class with professional Chef.

Possibility to prearrange the cooking classes to work on a full traditional menu or a specific focus such as starters, meat or fish mains, cocktails, etc.).

13:00 | Final tasting-lunch (dishes prepared, drinks included).

Transfer.

15:30 | Visit to a selected Monferrato winery with tasting.

Possibility to replace the scheduled visit with another activity of your choice. Options include:

  1. visit to a selected hazelnut farm producing and processing Nocciole Piemonte IGP with tasting

  2. visit to a selected historic distillery with tasting

  3. visit to a selected chocolate and nougat factory with tasting

  4. visit to an artisan workshop producing typical Piedmontese cold cuts with tasting

  5. visit to a selected cheese farm with tasting (min. 4)

  6. guided shopping tour to a local market with professional Chef (min. 4)

18:00 | Departure.
