12:00 | Visit to a selected cheese farm.
◊ The tour begins with a visit to the sheep and goats – in the barn and/or grazing – to learn about the breeding in Alta Langa, then continues with a visit to the dairy to learn the secrets of raw milk cheese making.
Follows a tasting-lunch with the cheese maker (guided tasting of 10 types of raw milk goat/sheep/cow and mixed cheeses, from fresh to matured, served with honey and jams, two types of artisan cold cuts, vegetarian cold dish; homemade dessert, sourdough bread made with organic flours, two glasses of white and red organic wine).

16:30 | Visit to a selected hazelnut farm producing and processing Nocciole Piemonte IGP, including the different stages of production, from picking to shelling, and from roasting to the creation of artisan sweets. Final tasting (roasted hazelnuts, hazelnut-based artisan sweets, Moscato wine).
